Final Group Numbers
Large group bookings often require us to reserve multiple escape rooms at the same time and roster additional staff specifically for your group. This means those rooms cannot be offered to other customers.
You can reduce your participant numbers up until 24 hours before your booking. Please let us know as soon as you become aware that your numbers have changed.
Changes made within 24 hours are subject to our cancellation policy:
Less than 24 hours: 20% cancellation fee
Less than 12 hours: 40% cancellation fee
Less than 3 hours: no refund
No-shows: no refund / full amount payable
If fewer people arrive than were booked and we were not given at least 24 hours' notice, the absent participants will be treated as no-shows.
For example, if you book for 20 people, we may reserve three escape rooms and roster additional staff for your group. If only 10 people arrive without notifying us beforehand, we have still held that capacity and incurred the staffing costs associated with the original booking.
Please don't wait until you arrive to advise us that your group is substantially smaller.
